BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Tulsa Tech Criminal Justice students who were displaced by a tornado in March will graduate at the Broken Arrow campus on Friday.
The students will also be sworn in by Sheriff Vic Regalado as Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office detention officers at the graduation ceremony.
