Those setting off to conquer what’s sometimes referred to as Colorado’s ‘most difficult hike‘ now have a new option for food and drinks thanks to a cafe that’s opened not far from its trailhead. The plan for revamping offerings for local hikers doesn’t stop there, either – an on-site spa is included in future plans, too.
According to reporting from The Gazette’s Breeanna Jent, IncliNation Café is open for business – and with a name like that, it’s probably easy to guess where it’s at… near the base of the 2,768-step Manitou Incline, just outside of Colorado Springs. Its address is 124 Ruxton Avenue, Manitou Springs, which is near the start of the short road that leads to the Manitou Incline trailhead.
The spot opened on May 8 and the menu features drinks like coffee, tea, and kava, as well as breakfast burritos, croissants, bagels, and more…
