Palma Day Club set to bring a new energy to Charleston’s house music scene opening Friday

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Charleston’s summer party scene is turning up the volume with the highly anticipated debut of Palma Day Club, a new luxury-inspired entertainment venue expected to make a major impact on the city’s growing house music culture.

Officially opening Memorial Day weekend, Palma Day Club is located on Meeting Street at the former Wonderer property and combines live electronic music, cocktails, cabanas, pool access, and all-day entertainment into one immersive daytime experience. Originally launched in Montauk, New York, the concept is now making its way south as organizers look to bring a Hamptons-style day club atmosphere to downtown Charleston.
