CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Lewis Barbecue of Charleston, located on Nassau Street, announced its legendary pitmaster, John Lewis, is set to teach a cooking class in Norway this summer, according to a social media post.
Lewis and his “Bar-B-Crew” are teaching the class “Taking Care of Brisket 2026” at The BBQ shop in Sandvika, known as Norway’s first and largest specialized retailer for barbecue and outdoor cooking equipment.
