EASLEY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Easley City Council passed the first reading of an ordinance that would shift agenda control from the mayor to city council, but not before council clashed and public comment boiled over.
Mayor Lisa Talbert used her gavel multiple times during the meeting.
