NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A judge temporarily reinstated the license of Solaren late Tuesday afternoon, but hours before that ruling, the company was found by WSMV4 Investigates operating while its license remained suspended.
At 1:30 p.m., a Solaren truck was observed traveling on I-65 South. The truck was followed by WSMV4 Investigates to a wooded area outside First Bank Amphitheater, where multiple Solaren vehicles were positioned, including the company’s large command center vehicle. A concert was scheduled at the venue Tuesday night.
At the time, the state’s website still listed Solaren’s license as suspended…
