ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A foreclosure case involving Rochester’s Hungerford Building is moving forward after a judge ruled in favor of the company seeking to foreclose on the East Main Street property.
According to court documents obtained by News 8, Elizon DB Transfer Agent LLC filed the foreclosure case over the property at 410 North Goodman St., also known as 1115 E. Main St. The documents say the case is tied to alleged missed payments on the building’s mortgage.
