Suspect whom Toledo police shot following alleged armed threats Sunday booked in Lucas County jail

TOLEDO, Ohio — The man whom police shot in west Toledo Sunday after he allegedly made threats while loading a shotgun was booked into the Lucas County jail Tuesday, according to facility records.

Brandon Pachette was formally taken into jail custody on Tuesday just before 8 p.m. He faces a first-degree felonious assault charge for Sunday’s incident, during which police said he made threats to kill people while armed with a shotgun in the 3400 block of Coral Avenue.
