17-year-old accused of touching women while riding a scooter around Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A 17-year-old is facing charges after police say he was connected to several sexual assaults reported in Woodbridge earlier this year.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, the 17-year-old boy is charged with assaults that happened in the Powell’s Creek area in May 2025 and several more times between March and April of this year.

On March 10, police say a 26-year-old woman was jogging in the area shortly before 7 p.m. when a stranger on a black electric scooter touched her inappropriately before riding away. A 41-year-old woman and a 53-year-old woman walking separately reported similar assaults between 3:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. that same day near McGuffeys Trail and Powell’s Creek Boulevard and Powell’s Creek Boulevard and Jedd Forest Lane…
