BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department cracked down on illegal street racing and takeover activities in the city over the weekend, resulting in an arrest, 28 citations, and five vehicles impounded.
In a social media post, they showed videos of cars participating in the activities and the vehicles being pulled over or towed away.
