Florida Trader Joe fans may soon have a new place to search for tote bags. The upscale grocery chain just announced nine new store openings coming soon, and Florida’s officially getting another one on the Gulf Coast.
“We’ve consulted our maps and compass and have found a terrific location for a store in Sarasota, FL,” the release said. This will be Sarasota’s second Trader Joe’s.
No opening date was provided, but the California-based company’s website lists the location at 8199 S. Tamiami Trail. A permit to convert the former Staples building into a Trader Joe’s was filed in February…
