A school bus with at least 39 children on board was swallowed by a giant sinkhole in the Bronx on Wednesday afternoon, causing traffic as firefighters and EMS crews responded: “as a precaution.”
Police arrived to do traffic control around the blocked roadway. No injuries have been reported at this time. The incident happened around 1:40 p.m. as the bus was turning right.
