CLEVELAND, Ohio — An East Cleveland man has pleaded not guilty to charges in the fatal shooting of a man who crashed his car on Euclid Avenue.
On Wednesday, Zyquantiyon Malone, 23, of East Cleveland, was charged with aggravated murder, felonious assault and having weapons under disability. He was accused of fatally shooting Tarell Malik Owens, 28, earlier this month.
