GRAND RAPIDS, MI – An 18-year-old accused of killing two people after a dispute over a soccer game is facing a new charge for allegedly trying to shoot a 9-year-old during the shooting spree.
Rafael Martinez-Lopez is charged with two counts of open murder and several gun charges for the deaths of 15-year-old Jeremiah Griffin-Cuevas and 38-year-old Savanah Villarreal.
