It’s no secret that housing prices in California are pretty outrageous, and the sale of a burned-out home in Torrance is adding fuel to the fire.
The dilapidated 1,140-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath property at the corner of Lenore Street and Anza Avenue was uninhabitable after a fire in 2024.
Chunks of the roof are missing, and a Google street view of the home even shows “no trespassing” signs on the property to keep people out.
Listings on multiple real estate sites read: “This property has Fire Damage. BOARDED UP! … Do Not Enter or Occupy Property. No Interior Showings!”…
