‘It’s concerning’: Rounds hit vehicles in Waverly this week

WAVERLY, Neb. (KOLN) — The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after shots were fired at vehicles parked in driveways in Waverly on Sunday evening.

A group of friends were sitting in their driveway when they heard a round of gunfire go by them. One round hit the tire of a truck in the driveway, causing it to go flat, according to Chief Deputy Ben Houchin from the Lancaster County Sheriffs Office.
