LUBBOCK, Texas — When it comes to Mexican food, Lubbock knows how to deliver. From authentic street tacos to homemade tortillas, to sizzling fajitas and classic Tex-Mex. The city has built a food scene full of local favorites and hidden gems.

  • Robles Taqueria – Located at 1602 Main Street, a popular downtown spot known for its street tacos, birria, breakfast burritos. This place is a great option for authentic Mexican breakfast and lunch.
  • Rosa’s Cafe – Known for its fresh tortillas, amazing family meals and sweet desserts. Rosa’s proves to be a fan-favorite restaurant around the Hub City. Rosa’s has several locations.
