BRIDGETON, Mo. — A St. Louis County man said his family didn’t believe it when he told them he won the top prize from the $50 “500X Payout” scratchers ticket earlier this year.
“I came home and told my parents, ‘Guys, your son’s a millionaire!’” the winner said in a press release from the Missouri Lottery. “It was close to April Fool’s Day, and they thought it was a prank at first.”
