SEDGWICK COUNTY —A man injured in a fatal fight on July 4, will return to court Wednesday.
Eduardo Diaz-Yobal, 33, will face a preliminary hearing in Judge Christopher Magana’s courtroom, according to the Sedgwick District Attorney’s office. The judge is expected to determine if there is enough evidence to move the case to a trial.
