Police officer arrested for immoral communications with minor released on bail

An Auburn police officer who has been accused of inappropriately communicating with a minor is out on bail.

According to the Pierce County Jail roster, the 42-year-old man was released on Sunday, May 17 on $100,000 bail.

“The case] is pending,” Adam Faber, spokesperson for the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, wrote in an email to The News Tribune on Tuesday. “When he bailed out over the weekend on $100,000 bail, the court set a return date of June 2.”…
