FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) The Allen County Juvenile Center said it is advancing restorative justice in juveniles with the help of virtual reality, or VR.
“The younger generation is more technology advanced than I am, and this is something that connects to them,” said Greg Peters, Director of Detention and Operations at ACJC.
