DETROIT – Thursday and most of Friday will be dry and cool, with daytime high temperatures running below normal for this time of the spring.
Rain returns to the Southeast Michigan forecast by Friday late afternoon or early evening. That rain is forecast to be significant at times and could last into Saturday.
