Jacobsville neighborhood lays foundations for new improvements

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Residents in the Jacobsville neighborhood are looking for ways to make the area safer.

Neighbors gathered for an announcement on Wednesday night on plans to improve the community. They took a look at the neighborhood’s new by-laws.
