RUSH COUNTY, Ind. (WKRC) – An Indiana teacher’s aide was accused of inappropriately contacting children on social media.
According to WXIN, a 39-year-old Elisha Moscrip is facing charges after investigators say he sent inappropriate social media messages to underage students in Knightstown, Indiana.
