WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, May 21, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Multiple police agencies tracked a suspect overnight after his vehicle reportedly struck a building and a pedestrian before he fled the scene on foot.
The incident occurred just before midnight Wednesday near 3500 South and Bangerter Highway, where multiple officers, including at least one K-9 unit, were observed searching the area.
Responding agencies included West Valley City Police, Utah Highway Patrol, Unified Police, Cottonwood Heights Police and Taylorsville Police. The extent of the damage and any injuries was not immediately clear…
