GOOSE CREEK, S.C. — The City of Goose Creek joined business owners and community members recently to celebrate the grand opening of La Braza Mineira, a new Brazilian restaurant now open at 408 Red Bank Road.
Mayor Greg Habib, city Councilmembers and city staff attended the ribbon-cutting last Thursday, marking the official arrival of a dining experience inspired by the traditions of Minas Gerais, a region known for some of Brazil’s most beloved dishes.
In a message shared May 14, the restaurant thanked its team and city officials for supporting the launch. “We are filled with gratitude as we celebrate the official opening of our restaurant,” the owners wrote, extending appreciation to the mayor, city officials and community partners who helped mark the occasion.
La Braza Mineira says it was created with the purpose of sharing the true essence of Minas Gerais and Brazilian cuisine through traditional recipes, select ingredients and warm, welcoming service.
