MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – A dozen mopeds, motorcycles, and modified e-bikes were impounded at Moultrie Middle School Thursday morning by the Mount Pleasant Police Department.
MPPD said that these vehicles were illegally operated and were being used by students, with many being operated by unlicensed and underage riders, thus creating serious risks for the children riding them as well as other motorists and pedestrians.
