CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for help locating a missing and endangered teen on Thursday afternoon.
16-year-old Zavier Duncan was last seen on May 14near the 3500 block of West 25th Street.
He was last seen wearing tan sweatpants, an orange t-shirt and brown high-top shoes.
