COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — As summer break begins and classrooms sit empty, Columbus police say the school zones won’t be taking a vacation.
On Thursday, the Columbus Police Department issued an advisory stating school zone speed enforcement will be active during the Muscogee County School District summer school sessions.
Officials say summer school classes will be held from June 2 through June 25, Mondays through Thursdays. There will not be classes on Fridays during this period…
