A woman was impaled her leg on a wrought iron fence on Thursday after running from EMS crews in central Fresno.
EMS initially responded to a medical aid call just after noon, near Divisadero and Diamond streets.
Authorities said the woman became combative inside the ambulance. Crews pulled over to let her out, but she ran from the scene and attempted to jump over a wrought iron fence. During the attempt, her leg became impaled…
