In Chester, Pennsylvania, the SPCA along with city investigators, executed a search warrant after a viral video appeared on social media showing a woman pouring a substance onto cat food plates.
The video, which went viral over the weekend, appears to show a woman pouring from what looks like a bleach bottle onto the piles of cat food left for one of the well-known neighborhood cats. As the woman poured the suspected poison, the cat approached to smell it.
The cat seen in the video, Jumper, is 16-years-old and has been known for years by Good Samaritans along Rose Street. He is owned by a neighbor, Olivia Oliver. Although, Jumper has seemingly not eaten from the plates where the woman was seen pouring the liquid, there are other stray cats who are regularly fed in the area by volunteers…
