The Columbia convenience store owner accused of fatally shooting a 14-year-old boy in 2023 is expected to appear in court Friday morning for a pretrial hearing.
Rick Chow is charged with murder in the death of Cyrus Carmack-Belton, who was shot and killed May 28, 2023, outside Chow’s Shell gas station on Parklane Road in Columbia.
