Two businesses open, bringing new life to building near Downtown Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — An old building along Hall of Fame Drive is getting a new life as it becomes the home of two new businesses in Knoxville.

Regus and Southern Swing held a joint ribbon-cutting on Thursday to celebrate their openings. Regus is a global company that rents out shared office space. This is the company’s fourth local location, with 30 office units. Southern Swing is an indoor golf club, and those wanting to drive the virtual links need a membership.

Just trying to build the Knoxville golf community in the downtown area,” said David Holmes, golf coach at Southern Swing.

The owner of Southern Swing added that while this is their first location, he wants to build it out and create a community through the club.
