COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -The City of Colorado Springs is moving forward with a major test project aimed at changing the look and feel of Colorado Avenue through Old Colorado City.
Officials say the temporary redesign would reduce traffic lanes, add pedestrian safety features and eventually help determine whether permanent changes should be made.
