KEIZER, Ore. — Law enforcement agencies across Oregon partnered last week in a coordinated effort aimed at ensuring compliance among registered sex offenders living in Keizer.
Operation Dove Watch, conducted Thursday, May 14, brought together the Keizer Police Department, the United States Marshals Service, and the Oregon State Police.
