PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Oregon Humane is offering a special adoption promotion for veterans and active duty service members this Memorial Day weekend.
From Friday through Sunday, military members will receive up to $75 off adoption fees for any animal at the Portland and Salem shelters.
