TROY, N.Y. (WNYT) — Several people were honored in Troy after rescuing children and adults from a house fire on Fifth Avenue.
The mayor, City Council and other Troy leaders recognized the group for their actions on April 29, when they helped people escape a fire at a home on Fifth Avenue.
