Allison Bridger on building Tulsa food scene at Kitchen 66

This summer, Kitchen 66 marks 10 years of the Launch Program. More than 250 food entrepreneurs have graduated, and the names coming out of the program are now on menus, food trucks, and brick and mortar storefronts across Tulsa. Program manager Allison Bridger has watched that growth up close.

Kitchen 66 is a program by the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. It’s located inside Mother Road Market in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our key focus is lowering barriers for food based entrepreneurs in Tulsa.
