STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 53-year-old man torched a car in Dongan Hills in an alleged arson sparked by a dispute with neighbors, according to authorities.
David Silverman of Seaview Avenue faces arson and other charges in the blaze that occurred on March 23 around 4 a.m. on Seaview Avenue between Jefferson Street and N. Railroad Avenue, according to the criminal complaint and an investigation by the FDNY Bureau of Fire Investigation.
