NEWBERG, Ore. — On Friday, May 15, Newberg’s newest housing development opened to the community with a grand opening party that featured vendors, home tours, and a ribbon cutting.
Collina, a north Newberg housing development by Pahlisch Homes, will feature more than 400 single-family homes and 68 detached quadplexes and duplexes, according to reporting in the Newberg Graphic, which would make it among the largest housing projects ever undertaken in Newberg.
