SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD)–A Lowcountry graduation took on a deeper meaning this Memorial Day, as one Ashley Ridge High School senior walked the stage carrying a powerful legacy tied to service and sacrifice.

Drew Towner is celebrating a major milestone, but her story is rooted in the memory of Corporal Andrew White, a Marine who died after returning from Iraq in 2008.
