Hotel for Homeless Dogs ‘overcapacity’ as it asks for foster applications

CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WJAR) — Far beyond capacity and still taking in more animals, one local rescue is asking the community for help.

The Hotel for Homeless Dogs in Cumberland says it is now on “red alert,” according to social media.

The organization is placing incoming dogs in temporary crates and scrambling to make space as more rescues arrive this week…
