Residents in Walker County and across much of north Georgia are being urged to remain alert for possible flooding as periods of heavy rainfall continue through late Monday night.
The National Weather Service in Peachtree City issued a Flood Watch Sunday afternoon for a large portion of north and northwest Georgia, including Walker, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade and Whitfield counties.
