ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) — The Roanoke Police Department announced Sunday that it had located a wanted man who allegedly tried to hit officers with a car early Saturday, leading them to open fire.
Around 11:30 a.m. on May 24, officers responded to the 1600 block of Wayne Street NE after receiving a report that 43-year-old Larry Ranson Cooper was in the area.
