Plainfield School District 202 says a relative foiled a potential school threat Friday.
In a letter to the community, Superintendent Glenn Wood said the Will County Sheriff’s Office detained a juvenile who was on the way to carry out a shooting at Grand Prairie Elementary School in Joliet.
