TEXAS — A 76-year-old man was arrested Sunday after San Antonio police said officers found multiple dead dogs at a home on the city’s Southwest Side.
Police said officers responded just after 1:35 p.m. to the 500 block of Cavalier Avenue after receiving a report that the man was killing dogs.
