Given that Colorado is a destination for outdoor activities, having more than a couple of Bass Pro Shops in the state makes a lot of sense. Having one in Loveland is a win for the city and for Northern Colorado.
Where is the Loveland Bass Pro Shops?
Construction of Loveland’s 130,000 square-foot Bass Pro Shops/Outdoor World began in December of 2024 at Crossroads Boulevard, off of Clydesdale Parkway, just south of Embassy Suites. The exact address is 5945 Bass Pro Drive. is In July of 2026, it was hard to miss that big building, at is 5945 Bass Pro Drive, including the big “Welcome” arch they put up.
Being in the media, I was given the opportunity to go inside the Loveland Bass Pro Shops before its official grand opening, which was scheduled for July 22, 2026. It was fun being one of the first people inside who wasn’t construction crew or staff, to see what it was like inside the huge place.
What Will Be Happening With the Bass Pros Shops Grand Opening?
The official grand opening was set to include a lot of special guests, including Country singer Celeste Kellogg kicking things off with a concert at 5:00 p.m. There will be celebrity outdoorsmen on-site (Roland Martin, Jimmy Houston and Kevin Vandam, Edwin Evers, Nate Zelinsky, along with Jim & Eva Shockey ) Their two NASCAR race cars, would be there and some of the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders…
