GREELEY, Colo. — A Greeley pizza restaurant that closed after 38 years in business has reopened, thanks in large part to a group of University of Northern Colorado students who rallied to keep it alive.
The Original Roma restaurant, located near the UNC campus, served its last day on Dec. 30 after a series of financial and operational challenges.
