Northern Colorado snowplows prepared for May snowstorm

LOVELAND, Colo. (KDVR) — May moisture is a welcome sign for many in northern Colorado.

In Loveland, where light flakes are landing into wet puddles on Tuesday, Ian McCrary of McCrary and Sons is feeling thankful for the moisture.

“We need it very badly,” Ian McCrary said. “It’s going to help our plants. It’s going to help our grass. Our trees have been struggling for several years just from a series of things weather-wise. And this year’s not going to make it easy on them either.”…
