Colorado’s pizza community unites for a first-ever statewide celebration Sept. 5, with more than 20 pizzerias, live music headlined by The Motet Funk is Dead and proceeds benefiting hunger relief
Pizza With Purpose, a local nonprofit founded by three Longmont pizzerias, announces tickets go on sale May 15 for the inaugural Colorado Pizza Festival. Taking place in downtown Longmont on Saturday, Sept. 5, the festival will bring together more than 20 of Colorado’s top pizzerias competing for the title of the state’s best pie, with proceeds benefiting hunger-relief organizations across Colorado.
The festival will also feature a full day of live music. The Motet Funk is Dead headlines the evening, supported by Other Brothers, Bill McKay’s All-Star Allman Brothers Cover Band, and opener David Lawrence and the Spoonful…
